You do not need to own a condo in the LST condominium building in order to own a slip in the LakeShore Towers Marina. In addition to owning a slip, there are also opportunities to purchase an underground parking space in the LakeShore Towers Building.


Slip owners enjoy lots of intangible benefits. They include a sense of stability, belonging to a community, and pride of ownership, along with the tangible ones of tax deductions and equity.


Racine is an easy drive from Chicago, Milwaukee and points beyond. Owners enjoy a beautiful get away spot in Racine, WI on beautiful Lake Michigan's western shore. And once you're in Racine, entertainment and dining options are just steps away from the LakeShore Towers Marina!
